David has had plenty of business experience over the years having owned multiple management rights properties and formerly a regional manager in Community Health New South Wales for 10 years. David has been involved with real estate and management here on the Gold Coast for the good part of a decade, making him one of the most experienced management rights brokers within the industry. David has been working as a full time broker since 2006 when he sold his last management rights complex to concentrate on brokering, success came almost immediately with David now having sold everything from $500,000 up to the $4,000,000 price range.
Despite retiring from Footy years ago he is still kicking goals selling Management Rights on the Gold Coast and is an intergral part of the Kapitol Brokers team.
