Monty is an experienced broker who has been selling Management Rights for many years having sold complexes from $350,000 upto $7,500,000 from Cairns to the Gold Coast. As an experienced manager Monty draws on his experience when discussing the detail with new purchasers.
Monty formed Kapitol Brokers with the vision to deliver a better practise with sales and service, this has given Kapitol Brokers the reputation in the industry of integrity and honesty.
Montys education and background work as a design engineer in manufacturing gave him a solid appreciation for systems and detail for which is applied in day to day real estate work. This application to detail is part of what sets Kapitol Brokers apart from the rest.
