My name is Monty Van Dyk and I am the founder and Principal of Kapitol Brokers.
I am a licenced Real Estate Agent and Business Broker and specialise in the sale of Leisure Property, specifically Management Rights, Hotels, Motels and Resorts. Kapitol Brokers was established with a vision of providing outstanding service to a specific niche market, namely Hotel and Leisure property.
My education and background work as a design engineer in manufacturing gave me a solid appreciation for systems and detail for which I apply in day to day real estate work. This application to detail is part of what sets Kapitol Brokers apart from the rest.
Over the past couple of years I have built a reliable team of professionals who share the same vision and long term goals.
I own and operate the Management Rights to a holiday resort on the Sunshine Coast, where we are based, but visit other areas of Queensland on a regular basis.
In my spare time I enjoy longboard surfing the points of Moffat Beach and Noosa or cycling with the Saturday morning coffee run from Mooloolaba. Having previously been involved with competive cycling in my younger years I now enjoy the more relaxed rides in the Masters division.
