The Caretaking Agreement

The Caretaking Agreement outlines the duties and requirements the body corporate have of the manager, the manager in turn gets paid an agreed salary to complete these duties and to maintain the complex. The managers duties typically can include tasks such as garden maintenance, cleaning the pool, maintaining the entry foyers in a clean and presentable manner and so forth. The manager's salary is reviewed annually and increased according to CPI rate.
