Sustainability Declarations now compulsory

Most of us would have heard the noise about the new Sustainability Declaration by now. Like it or loath it now it is a compulsory requirement for all vendors of property in Queensland to supply their agent with a completed Sustainability Declaration form.

If you have not done this I would highly recomend you download the form from our site here:

and fax it back to us on 07 3011 1074

All current vendors I urge you to take a proactive stance and provide us with this form before the end of the month.
