New inititives from Kapitol Brokers will allow the company more exposure on the internet with two new portals being launched over the next month.

The new internet portals will allow browsers to find Hotel and Leisure property including Management Rights accross every region and suburb in Queensland, this combined with unit sales and rentals within all managed complexes accross the state.

The benefit is to both vendors looking to gain increased exposure for their business for sale plus for the purchaser looking for a specific type of property.

The development was done in consultation with Global Property Search to fit their Real Estate Solutions model.

"we are extremely excited about these new portals, they will offer everyone so much benefit and compliment our existing operation very nicely" said company director Monty Van Dyk.

We will annouce the official product launch on the Kapitol Brokers website later this month, and include posts to the companies facebook group.
