Penny Lawson joins the Gold Coast Management Rights team

Kapitol Brokers are pleased to welcome aboard Penny Lawson to the Gold Coast Management Rights team.

Penny moved to the Gold Coast with her family to buy Management Rights many years ago, Penny still owns and runs her own complex along with her husband and son. Having completed her RLA she then promptly completed her full real estate licence back in 2005 and began selling Management Rights on the Gold Coast.

Having a close and ongoing relationship with many onsite managers accross the Gold Coast puts Penny in a unquie position to offer expert advise and information to both new and exisiting managers.

Penny has an excellent track record of Management Rights sales in all areas accross the Gold Coast and in the process has established herself a loyal following amongst many onsite managers.

Penny joins Kapitol Brokers in 2009 and is excited about the direction of the company and of the industry.
